We want to help you make your Bell Tower Festival Event a success!

There are many organizations that plan events and activities for the festival. I want you to know you are a big part of what makes the Bell Tower Festival terrific. ALL of these events need to be reported to the Chamber of Commerce. We can not assume that you are having an event in the festival again, and if you are, that it will be same as it has been in the past. Each year, there is a steering committee that diligently works to make the festival run smoothly and tries to ensure everyone who comes has a great time. This year, the committee is going to publish a newsprint magazine that will feature all of the awards, events and activities. All of the publications and schedules need to be finalized by April 30 because they are going to be sent to the printer May 2nd. Therefore, all organizations that will have an event need to contact the Chamber, if they haven't already by Tuesday, April 10th.
