Each year, the Bell Tower Festival Steering Committee asks businesses to support the Festival financially. The following local businesses have committed to sponsoring the Festival at the Platinum level: Copeland Insurance, Greene County, Home State Bank, Jefferson Telephone Company, MacDonald Insurance/Iowa Realty, Peoples Trust and Savings Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank.
Greene County was organized in 1854. The County is governed by a five-person board and provides a wide variety of services. Built in 1917, the courthouse boasts a dome rotunda with stained glass ceiling. Offices are accessed through archways of marble that frame murals depicting the "progress of civilization as recorded in Iowa." The rotunda floor is a mosaic of the county seal with the theme "Home of the Horn of Plenty."
